The coming of Emplal into the yogurts market on July 2010 took place with a partnership project of supply to Nestlé, with 4 types of packaging, among which the development of a 68 mm diameter exclusive cup for the 170 g yogurts.
With differentiated design, the structuring project took into account the relationship between angle and height, ensuring a better size impression at the POS. An innovative solution was to eliminate the upper collar for piling (common in thermoformed packaging), which represented a gain in the printing area, making the packaging even more different from that of the competitors, in addition to the logo imprint in bold, thermoformed in the bottom part of the cup itself.
Emplal is one of the only companies in the Brazilian market to offer digital cliché and 8-color printing in dry off-set, and this has also become a major differential in the project, with a higher printing quality that emphasizes the product characteristics even more, given the strength of its image in the graphic design.
